RACE CENTRE

Race centre will be in a hangar at the territory of the airport.

CHANGING ROOMS, CLOAK ROOMS

Changing rooms and cloakrooms will be in tents and in the hangar at the territory of the airport.

TOILET, SHOWER

In the territory of the airport. In mobile toilets and mobile shower containers.

TIME MEASURENT

Chip timing system will be operated during the race.

WARNING FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS!

In spite of its physiological benefits the sporting activities -however in a little measure- may be a danger. Important, that before a serious strain consult your doctor. Enter a race or an exhausting training only well-prepared. Do not enter a race or training in ill, injured or feverish condition, after vomit or diarrhoea. If you feel any unusual sign on yourself during sporting, slow down, stop, if it is needed ask for help. The above does not depend on the length of the distance, the meaning of the serious strain is individual. Be responsible for yourself, run sensibly!

RELAY

Relay can only happen in the relay zone. At the same time maximum 3 people can stay at the relay zone.

REFRESHMENT

The refreshment can only happen in the refreshment zone. One part of the refreshment zone will be separated exclusively for individual competitors’ needs. They can refresh and take a rest here. The refreshments of individual competitors can happen by maximum two people.

TIME LIMIT

In the 12 hours race:

• Competitors can start a new lap latest at 11 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds of the race time. At this point we close down the relay zone. The riders being on the court at this moment can finish their lap, but they cannot start another one.

• The winner is that individual, and team who fulfilled the most laps during 12 hours.

• In case of equal number of laps the winner is, who is crossing the finish line at first.

In the 24 hours race:

• Competitors can start a new lap latest at 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds of the race time. At this point we close down the relay zone. The riders being on the court at this moment can finish their lap, but they cannot start another one.

• The winner is that individual, and team who fulfilled the most laps during 24 hours.

• In case of equal number of laps the winner is, who is crossing the finish line at first.

RACE RESULTS

Partial results will be hanged out in every hour on an infotable outside of the race centre. Final results will be hanged out at the same place after the finishing of the race.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• The organiser (BSI) is entitled to cancel or suspend for a certain time the race in the case of accident or bad weather conditions (or any Vis Mayor) which may risk the security of the participants.

• Every rider can start the race who accepts the rules of the race.

• We do not take responsibility for any valuable belongings.

• Any kind of marketing or trading activity is allowed on the site of the race only after prior agreement with the organiser (BSI)

• The participants have to stay on the appointed course.

• During the race both the participants and the organisers must keep the highway codes.

•  Everybody can participate on the race under their own responsibility. The organiser cannot be claimed for any damage in health conditions, or for any accidents, nor any financial damage. The organiser does not take responsibility for the above mentioned events.

• By the takeover of the start number every participant acknowledges the right of the organiser of using all the photos, and video footage he/she is represented in and made during the race.

• The participants pay attention to reserve the surroundings, and the nature in the state it was before the race. To throw away litter will be only possible in the refreshment zones. Littering outside of the refreshing areas may result with disqualification from the race.

• By the takeover of the start number every participant acknowledges that he/she is aware of all the rules and regulations of the race and he/she will respect those.

• The organisers have the right to maximize the number of participants.

• The organisers have the right to change the time and the route of the race.

•  Wearing a helmet is mandatory during the race. There is no renting possibility on the site.

• In case of any health complaint on the race day, you can find the medical tent in the finish area.

• In case of any health problems occurring during the race you have to warn the closest organisers and tell them the exact place of the injured competitor.  Furthermore every start number has an Emergency phone number on its back. Please fill out the health conditions questions on your start number before starting the race.

• Comment: If you are under the affect of any kind of medical drugs during the race, please also write it down at the back of the start number.
